Born in 2000 in Tokyo.
Completed a Master’s degree in Design at Tama Art University Graduate School in 2025.
Specializing in rotoscoping—a technique of tracing over live-action footage—they create animated short films.In principle, they also compose the original music for their own works.

Wong Wan Yau, an animation filmmaker from Hong Kong.

She creates hand-drawn 2D animations inspired by quiet moments, gentle loneliness, and the small happiness found in ordinary days.

Sarah Ruyle is an animator, illustrator and minecraft player from Southern California. She is currently pursuing her masters in experimental animation from Calarts.

Mian Ijlal Ahmad is a filmmaker/animator aspiring to make films rooted in the culture of the city he was born in and grew up in, Peshawar. Recently he graduated from National College of Arts Lahore with a Bachelors in Film And Television. Currently he is setting up a studio in his hometown, trying to make animated films that celebrate local narratives.

Currently enrolled in the Graduate School of Arts at Hiroshima City University. Focuses on video production, primarily in animation. Explores visual expressions utilizing intricate linework, centered on themes of nostalgia, lingering resonance, and the fluctuations of human emotion.

Graduated from the Tainan National University of the Arts. The first independent animated work, Bad Kids, was selected for the 2024 Golden Harvest Awards and the Golden Horse Awards short film competition. Drawing from personal experiences, works focus on themes such as education, growth, and the subtle emotions and details within everyday surroundings.

Born in 2001, studying Animation at Taipei University of the Arts. Due to her love for the texture and warmth of handcrafted work, she primarily focuses on stop-motion animation and hand-drawn techniques.

Kate Renshaw-Lewis is a filmmaker and artist specializing in hand-drawn animation. She was born in England, raised in New Jersey, and currently resides in Los Angeles. She moved to Southern California to attend CalArts, where she gained her BFA in experimental animation. Her films have screened worldwide and gained recognition from festivals such as Sundance and Slamdance.

Eddy Wu is a Taiwanese animation filmmaker and 3D motion designer based in the Netherlands, working across both commercial and independent animation. His work blends documentary storytelling with symbolic 3D visuals to explore themes of identity, vulnerability, and unspoken emotions through intimate, personal narratives.

Esther Son is a filmmaker and 3D animator from Busan, South Korea. She received her BFA in Printmaking and Photography from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2019, and her MFA in Animation from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2025.

Laurence Thérien is a Montréal-based artist, designer, and animator with a focus on materiality and claymation. She completed a Master’s in Animation at the Royal College of Art (2025), where she directed her graduate film Ball Face. Laurence has collaborated as a creative director with the National Film Board of Canada (NFB) and the Festival International du Film sur l’Art (FIFA). She is currently developing her next film with the NFB.

Born in 1996 in Chongqing, China. Graduated from the Department of Animation at Tokyo Polytechnic University and completed a Master’s degree in Animation at the Graduate School of Film and New Media, Tokyo University of the Arts. Currently creates animations that blend analog techniques with VR technology.
