Treasure Town is a chaotic underworld where loyalty, humanity, and yakuza rule the streets. Roaming freely through this urban “hell” are two boys known as the “Cats” — Kuro and Shiro. Bound together by an unbreakable bond, they struggle to survive in a city they call home. But when the yakuza, known as the “Rats,” intervene, a wave of violence and corruption arrives under the guise of urban redevelopment. A trio of deadly assassins appears, while plans are unveiled for a dazzling new “Children’s Castle.” As the destiny of Treasure Town is thrown into turmoil, so too are the lives of Kuro and Shiro. In a city transformed beyond recognition, can they find a way to survive?
